Schlosshof is an organic apple farm in the middle of Latsch, and it has clearly thought about who rides through the Vinschgau. Bikes go into secure storage, GPX route information is on hand, there is a basic repair kit if something has rattled loose, and guests get discounts with a local bike school. Orchards on the doorstep, the valley cycle path just below.
