A family-run Buschenschank and winery in the Sulztal valley, serving farm snacks or a 3- to 7-course menu with wines to match.
The Sulztal valley folds between vineyard ridges, and the Dreisiebner family's Stammhaus sits right in it — winery and Buschenschank under one roof. You can keep it classic with a board of savoury farm snacks, or hand yourself over to the kitchen for a delicacy menu of three to seven courses, each paired with a wine from the house. Doors open at 13:00 daily, Wednesdays excepted, which makes it a natural late-lunch anchor for a ride through the southern Styrian wine country.
