A traditional farm tavern above Klausen, serving homemade South Tyrolean specialities.
Above the old mining town of Klausen, on the Erzweg, the Johannserhof keeps the South Tyrolean Buschenschank tradition exactly as it should be: a working farm that opens its parlour and serves what the house makes itself. Plain wooden tables, a view down over the valley, and food that tastes of the farm it came from — a short climb off the valley floor, and worth every metre of it.
