The wine road runs south from Kaltern past the lake, and Cantina Kaltern is the large cooperative cellar at the heart of it, on the Kellereistraße. Warm water below, vines on the slopes above, and a cellar that gathers in what the whole valley grows — a natural place to break a ride through the Überetsch.
